We were told that the buyer of our flat don't have to reveal the valuation results to us (the seller). Its a new ruling from HDB. Really meh? Anyway its not as if we can back out of the deal, just wanting to know the actual value of our flat. The buyer just said "slightly above" the offered price. Haiz...
On our part, we bought the EM at $8K under valuation. Ok lah not that absurd difference. If the seller request to know, we will gladly inform them. No need to be secretive.
