The HDB valuer just left. She came and looked around with a notebook and jotted down stuff. She also took some photos. I believe our flat is valued no less than $420K. Lets wait and see. I think I shouldn't dwell on this anymore, its making me depressed.
I guess its really happening. We're moving!
