Rinnai Instant Heater
Just about one week before the buyers optioned to purchase our home, we changed our water heater which to the new latest Rinnai instant heater with 2 shower heads. The old one broke down and we weren't sure when we will actually sell the house then so we got a new and more expensive heater. Lucky buyers.
