Tomorrow the "HDB Valuer" would be coming by our place between 2pm - 3pm to make an evaluation of the price of our flat.
According to the agent, the valuer would see the condition of the house and also where the flat is facing, etc to make a valuation.
We have paid the agent $200 for this. For those selling their flat, this is how much it cost to get the valuation done which is an important step to selling your flat.
