Making Flyers

Our unit will be out in the Straits Times tomorrow, yayz!  In the meantime I printed out some flyers to slot into the mailboxes of our neighbours in our blk. Who knows they have a family member who is looking for a unit at the same blk as their loved ones. Who knows.....just trying my luck here. I went to the photo shop and asked how much for a colour print and they said $1 each....waaah, I need 56 pieces for my blk alone. I told the lady to just make one colour copy and the rest just photocopy from that 56 times and she charged me only 5 cents for the black and white photocopies. Phew.

I roped in my dear daughter to help with putting out the flyers, she's such a sweetie pie. And good helper too.

More Advertisement Online at Locanto and Gumtree

I have just advertised my unit online at those free property ads websites, specifically at Locanto and Gumtree. I can be a property agent like this tee hehe but nah I have no interest in property :)

Twilight Zone

Just got an update from the agent, he is a bit too busy today so he can't make any ammendments for the spelling or call up STProperty and will do so tomorrow. Guess have to wait another day. I still can't search for my unit using STProperty search feature. I really don't know what went wrong. I guess my block is in the Twilight Zone *insert the theme song here* Blk 921 still missing in outer space and beyond....

Grrrrr with STProperty

I searched for my unit for fun at STProperty because my agent has placed my unit online at that website. But then I was shocked that the search came back zero when I typed in my Blk 921 Jurong West Street 92 as per prompted by the search engine. So I manually searched and found my unit after having to go through pages upon pages. I realized that the agent has used a rather weird abbreviation "str" so my unit only comes out if people actually typed in Blk 921 Jurong West Str 92. I messaged my agent about this and he said he will rectify.

 See if I searched under the full blk and street address it turned out nothing.

 Here only if I used the EXACT abbreviation that the agent used that it will put out my unit.

I am also mystified as to why STProperty did not have my block listed under all the blocks of Street 92. As you can see from the snapshot below, its like they give my block a miss :(  Human error on STProperty part? If people were to look for unit by scanning down the blocks, they will miss my block :(

You see Blk 920 jumped to Blk 922 grrrrrrrr.

5 Room Flat @ Jurong West St 92 for Sale!!

We are putting up our 5 Room flat (122 sqm) for sale at Jurong West St 92 @$460K. Only minimal renovation/touch up needed. Move in condition.

School is so near, you just need to cross the small road for primary and secondary. Market is within walking distance and you can also walk to the Jurong West Swimming Complex like we always do. 

Those of you who are not living around Jurong West can consider moving here for the upcoming future development with many attractions just around the corner.

Here is the view of our living room. Part of it used to be a study room but was already hacked down by the previous owner so the living/dining area are super spacious.

Below are my kids room. And another room was made into a sort of computer/storage room which I didn't take a photo of as it looked kinda messy :( but it has a square pattern so very easy to design.

Quest Level 1

After much discussing the pros and cons, we finally decided to go ahead with the decision to put our flat up for sale at the resale market. It has always been my dream to live in the Executive Maisonette and now that we have our own flat to back up with the purchase, that dream could become a reality. Apart from my love of makeup, I wanted to be an interior decorater when I was much younger but that wasn't realized and now I have a chance to be the interior decorater of our own place if we get the chance to buy an EM.

So here we are at level 1 of our quest which is to decide on selling the flat. I hope we can find a buyer quickly.
